Two lamb leg steaks prepared from Staffordshire lamb and coated in a light mint glaze. Lean and full of flavour, these steaks are ideal for quick cooking while still delivering the character of a traditional lamb leg.

Supplied as 2 steaks per pack, each weighing approximately 190–200g.

Cooking Guide

• Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.

• Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning once halfway through.

• Alternatively grill over medium heat until cooked through.

• Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Avoid overcooking to retain tenderness.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with new potatoes and greens, or alongside a simple salad for a lighter meal.
