We deliver our local deliveries Wednesday to Saturday. At checkout you can select your preferred delivery day, and wherever possible we will deliver on this day. However, due to the demands on our local delivery service at present, our routes are worked out daily and we may move your day to one that better suits our delivery round. You will usually receive an email notifying you of your delivery day the morning after you placed your order.
Our local deliveries are not packaged in insulated packaging, and therefore we recommend that someone is at home in order to safely put your delivery in the fridge or freezer. If you have a cool box that you would like your delivery left in, please make a note of this in the additional note section of the checkout page.
At present, we have limited the range for delivery. This means that the largest range, and indeed the best prices are to be found by visiting our shop in person.
The prices on the website will be the same, or slightly higher than our shop prices. The reason for this is quite simple; when we cut and pack our website orders we work to minimum weights and portion controlled weights, which is considerably more wasteful and costly than a customer that visits us instore and pays for the exact weight. Therefore in order to mitigate some of this impact, some of the website prices are slightly higher than those found in store. At times there may be promotions online that are not available in store, and vice versa.
On the whole if an item is listed on the website, it is available for click and collect the next day. However at times, we may be out of stock on an item that you have ordered. In this eventuality, we will contact you by phone or e-mail, and either offer full or partial refund, collection at a future point when all of your items are in stock, or a replacement of equivalent or greater value.
At checkout you can select your preferred collection day, which we will always endeavour to accommodate. We ask that collections are made after 11am, as usually your order will be cut and packed on the morning of your collection. On the whole, we offer a next day click & collect service; order before 2pm for collection the next working day after 11am. Collections are not available on Sunday or Monday when the shop is closed.
You may add an additional order for click and collect, assuming that the order is placed before 2pm for collection the following day after 11am.
