Where do you deliver to?

We offer deliveries on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the following FREE shipping zones:

£35 minimum spend to all ST2, ST3, ST6, ST9, ST10, ST13, SK11 postcodes Tuesday to Saturday

£50 minimum spend to all ST1, ST4, ST5, ST8, ST11, ST12, ST14, ST15, ST16, ST17 & ST18, DE6 2* postcodes Tuesday to Saturday

£100 minimum spend to all ST19, ST20 & ST21 postcodes Tuesday & Friday only

£50 minimum spend to Congleton Postcodes (CW12) on Wednesday & Friday only

Is there a minimum order value?

There is a minimum over value of £35.

How long do I wait?

We deliver our local deliveries Tuesday to Saturday.  At checkout you can select your preferred delivery day, which includes a next day delivery for orders made before 4am.  .  Our local deliveries are made between 9am and 4pm.

Do I need to be in?

Our local deliveries are made in our own refrigerated vans, but are not packaged in insulated packaging, and therefore we recommend that someone is at home in order to safely put your delivery in the fridge or freezer.  However, if you’re not going to be in, please leave a cool box with some ice packs for us to put your delivery into, and tell us where this will be in the additional notes section of the checkout page.

I’m unable to select my preferred delivery date at checkout, why is this?

We’ve either reached capacity for the date you have chosen, or you have passed the required notice period that we need in order to process your order; please select another date.
