Two lamb chops prepared from Staffordshire lamb and coated in a tangy mint glaze. The light marinade complements the natural flavour of the lamb without overpowering it.

Ideal for quick cooking and easy midweek meals.

Supplied as 2 chops per pack.

Cooking Guide

• Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.

• Cook under a medium grill or in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning once halfway through.

• Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure cooked through before serving.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or with a simple salad for a lighter option.
