Tender lamb steak pieces prepared from Staffordshire lamb and coated in a tangy mint glaze, threaded onto skewers for easy cooking.

Each kebab weighs approximately 80g, with 4 kebabs per pack. Ideal for the BBQ, grill or oven.

Cooking Guide

• Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.

• BBQ or Grill: Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly until evenly coloured and cooked through.

• Oven: Cook at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway.

Ensure cooked through before serving.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with flatbreads, salad and Yoghurt dressing, or alongside new potatoes and greens.
