Description
A bulk pack of 12 lamb chops, prepared from Staffordshire lamb and coated in a tandoori-style marinade. Full of warming spice and balanced flavour, these are ideal for oven roasting or cooking on the BBQ.

Chops may be cut from either the loin or the rack, depending on availability, but will always offer good flavour and consistent quality.

Supplied as 12 chops per pack.

Cooking Guide

• Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.

• Cook in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through.

• Alternatively cook on the BBQ over medium heat, turning regularly until cooked through.

• Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with flatbreads, salad and Yoghurt dressing, or alongside rice and grilled vegetables.
