Supplied frozen in 500g packs, making it ideal to keep on hand for quick, wholesome meals.

Cooking Guide

• Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use.

• Cook as you would beef mince, browning gently before adding other ingredients.

• Due to its low fat content, avoid overcooking and consider adding a little oil or moisture when cooking.

Serving Suggestion
Perfect for venison burgers, chilli, bolognese, cottage pie or meatballs. Works particularly well with warming spices, red wine, or tomato-based sauces.

Handling Advice

This product is stored frozen. We remove it from our freezer the day before your delivery and refrigerate it ready for dispatch. It may begin to defrost in transit — if so, please allow it to defrost fully in the fridge and use within 5 days. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
