Tender pork stir-fry strips prepared from Packington Free Range or Blanchard’s Outdoor Bred Hampshire breed pork. Lean, versatile, and quick to cook, they’re perfect for healthy, midweek meals.

Cooking Guide
Heat a wok or frying pan with a little oil until very hot.
Cook strips in small batches for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Add vegetables and sauce of your choice, stir-fry until pork is cooked through (70°C internal).
Recipe Idea: Honey Soy Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients (serves 2)
300g pork stir-fry strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 TSP fresh ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 red pepper, sliced
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
100g mangetout or green beans
1 tbsp oil
Method
Mix soy sauce, honey, Sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to make a sauce.
Heat oil in a wok until smoking hot.
Stir-fry pork strips for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Return pork to the pan, pour in the sauce, and cook for 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and glossy.
Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
