The topside is the traditional cut for a Sunday roast dinner, and as 0urs is ‘well bred, well fed, and well hung’ you’ll find it to be the perfect partner to those roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds.
As with all of our beef, this joint will be rare or native bred, from our farm, dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 28days.
All of our meat arrives fresh, never frozen, in temperature controlled environmentally sustainable sheeps’ wool insulated boxes, having been cut to order the day of despatch on an overnight courier, remaining chilled for a minimum of 36hours.
