We’d like to think that our beef is pretty special. We only sell rare or native breeds, typically the Longhorn or Aberdeen Angus, which suit our grass based system, and are renowned for their flavour due to the high level of marbling found in their meat. Our beef is always dry aged on the bone in the traditional way for 4 weeks, and always from our farm, or a farmer we know personally who shares our passion for great animal husbandry.
